Prime Minister in his keynote address at the recent Pravasi Bharatiya Divas Convention held in Bengaluru had announced a scheme for researchers and scientists VAJRA:  Visiting Advance Joint Research Faculty. A brochure on the scheme brought out by Science and Engineering Research Board, Department of Science and Technology is attached which has highlights and procedures for implementing the scheme.
