DIRECT ADMISSION OF STUDENTS ABROAD (DASA – 2014)

The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India has entrusted the coordination of The Direct Admission of Students Abroad (DASA-2014) to the National Institute of Technology, Surathkal, Karnataka, India, one of the premier Indian institutions imparting specialized courses in technology, for facilitation of admission for the students belonging to following category:

i) Foreign Nationals

ii) Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs)

iii) Non-Resident Indians (NRIs)

For Undergraduate Postgraduate programmes in:

i) Engineering

ii) Architecture

iii) Planning and MBA

in National Institute of Technologies(NIT), School of Planning and Architecture(SPA) and Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) in India.

The detailed information on the Undergraduate programme has been given in the online portal launched on April 1, 2014 and the Postgraduate programme portal will be launched on May 1 2014. The Undergraduate admissions are based on SAT Subject Test Scores and PG admissions are based on GRE and GMAT respectively. More details on the programme are available at http://www.dasanit.org
