ICCR Scholarships under the India-Africa Maitri Scholarship Scheme for the Academic Year 2024-25.

The Government of India under the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) is offering 23 ICCR Scholarship slots for Malagasy Nationals and 8 ICCR Scholarship slots for Comorian Nationals for the Academic Year 2024-25.

Interested applicants in Graduate / Post Graduate/ PhD Courses may like to log onto the Scholarship Portal at a2ascholarships.iccr.gov.in. This portal contains all the relevant information for the applicants including details of all State Universities, Central Universities and Institutes, colleges affiliated with them, courses available, applications guidelines, eligibility criteria and other relevant information.

Please note the following:-

  • 1. Opening of ICCR Portal: 12 April 2024

  • 2. Last date of application to be submitted by students: 31May 2024

  • 3. Last date of Universities to inform the decision to Missions: 30 June 2024

  • 4. Last date for allocating scholarship and generating Offer Letters by the Mission: 15 July 2024

  • 5. Last date of acceptance by students: 25 July 2024

  • 6. Based on the number of acceptances in the first round, Indian Mission to offer scholarship to other students who were not considered in the first round: 10 August 2024

  • 7. Second round students to convey their acceptances: 20 August 2024
