FICCI Higher Education Summit 2019 (FHES 2019), the upcoming 15th Edition of International Summit on Higher Education will be held from 27th – 29th November 2019 at Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium, New Delhi, INDIA. The event is being jointly organized by the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC) & Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). The 14th Edition of FICCI Higher Education Summit 2018 (FHES 2018) was very successful and witnessed the participation from over 130 Higher Education Sector exhibitors. 251 Hosted Foreign Delegates from 52 countries had over 6900 structured B2B meetings with these Exhibitors during the summit. Over 1000 domestic delegates and 5000 domestic visitors attended the show.
FICCI Higher Education Summit 2019 (FHES 2019) will comprise of:
· Exhibition – 150 plus exhibitors from leading Indian Institutions will showcase the best practices to the global participants.
· Global Conference – more than 1250 Indian and foreign University Presidents, Vice Chancellors, Deans and other participants from Africa, Middle East, SAARC, CIS, Canada, USA, UK, etc. are expected to participate at the Conference.
· Regional Forums for Africa, CIS, Middle East, Asia including SAARC
· RBSM for B2B, B2G and G2G Meetings – over 300 international stakeholders from more than 70 countries from Africa, Middle East, CIS, developing Asia including SAARC and other potential regions are expected to visit the event.
· Campus visits on last day of the exhibition i.e. on 29th November 2019 will be organized for the foreign delegates interested to visit the participating Institutes’ campus.
FICCI Higher Education Summit 2019, in addition to policy deliberations, shall focus on developing an ecosystem for strategic partnerships in the Education Sector between India and other countries. FHES 2019 will provide a forum for international educational providers interested to partner and engage with Indian higher educational institutions and will encourage them for collaborations and partnerships. FHES 2019 will help to bring together Indian Educational Institutions from all streams and the International audience to enable interactions and discussions to enhance existing synergies in the higher education sector. We are inviting and hosting over 300 delegates from more than 70 countries of Africa, Middle East, CIS, developing Asia including SAARC, Latin America and other regions during the event.
05-10 Hosted Foreign Delegates from Madagascar will be invited for the RBSM during the event under the following categories:
1. Education Consultant Facilitating Overseas Admissions Approved by Respective Government (5 to 10 recommendations)
2. Chancellor / Vice Chancellor / Dean of a University or Institution (2 to 3 recommendations)
3. Director/ President / Vice President of University or Institution (2 to 3 recommendations)
4. Senior Official from Education Ministry (1 to 2 recommendations)
5. President / Secretary of Largest Education Association (1 to 2 recommendations)
6. Journalist dealing with Education Sector (Only 1 Recommendation)
The last date for receiving the list of recommended delegates has been extended by 1 MONTH. The complete details of recommended delegates should be sent to India latest by 31st July 2019.
As a part of its hospitality, FICCI shall be pleased to provide both side economy class air tickets from the shortest route, 5-star hotel accommodation for 3 nights in India (near to the event venue) and other suitable arrangements to the Hosted Foreign Delegates for their visit to FICCI Higher Education Summit 2019.

After both ‘Registration Received Successfully’ and ‘Registration as Hosted Delegate is Approved’ emails are sent to selected delegates on registered email, Selected Delegates to immediately send confirmation of their participation, tentative air-travel details and Performa Invoice/ Quotation/Price of the recommended flight itinerary for approval. Visa Invitation Letter will be sent by FICCI and delegate to apply for VISA at Indian Embassy/ High Commission. VISA fee to be borne by the delegates.

Please also note that all the recommended delegates may kindly be informed that they are required to register online on the event website link: http://www.ficci-hes.com/Hosted-Delegate-Registration.php OR send us back the duly filled FHES 2019 Registration Form (MS Word file) along with photo, passport and employee photo ID and Visiting/Business/Name Card by 7th August 2019. The final selection/ shortlisting will be done by the Screening Committee.
