CATALOGUE SHOW & INDIA BUSINESS PROMOTION EVENT

at COLBERT HOTEL ON 26^th MARCH 2014

In order to disseminate information on Indian companies and the commercial and trade relationship between India and Madagascar, the Embassy of India in Madagascar is organizing a “Catalogue show & India Business Promotion Event on Wednesday 26^tMarch 2014 at Colbert Hotel.

The objectives of the event are:

For the businessmen to interact with the Indian Companies based in Madagascar in order to explore commercial and business opportunities for either side and finding out avenues for joint venture in Madagascar;
To disseminate information about the Indian companies in different sectors and the Export Promotion Councils in India through catalogues and power point presentations
To promote the commercial and trade relationship between Madagascar and India

Targets group of the event :

§ Business people (Malagasy and foreigners)

§ New Entrepreneurs who are willing to do business with India

§ General Public

More than 60 Indian companies will be showcased through catalogues/brochures and power point presentations and seven of them, based in Madagascar, will set up information stands.

The programme is as follows:-

0900 to 0920 hrs. : Opening speeches

0920 to 1100 hrs. : Conference and presentations by Indian

companies based n Madagascar outlining their business plans for Madagascar and strengths of the company.

1100 to 1700 hrs. : The Catalogue Show and India Business

Promotion Event open for general public

Stands will be set up by AIR SEA LOGISTICS, DR AGARWAL’S EYE HOSPITAL, VARUN GROUP, NRJ-M GROUP, SMTP GROUP,MEX (MERCANTILE EXCHANGE OF MADAGASCAR), AIRTEL, CCIA (Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Antananarivo), ITBM (International Trade Development Board of Madagascar) and EDBM (Economic Development Board of Madagascar) and Madagascar – India Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MICCI).
