India Scholarship portal – ‘Admission-to-Alumni’ – inaugurated by EAM

Government of India Scholarships Portal External Affairs Minister had inaugurated ICCR Scholarship portal – ‘Admission-to-Alumni’ (http://a2ascholarships.iccr.gov.in/). The ICCR portal was formally inaugurated by External Affairs Minister on 17th January 2018. This provides useful information for obtaining scholarships under ICCR programme. All Malagasy and Comorian students may use this link for information and also for online application for scholarship for studying in Indian universities.
