INDIA PHARMA 2018 & INDIA MEDICAL DEVICE 2018 

Two commercial events - INDIA PHARMA 2018 & INDIA MEDICAL DEVICE 2018 exhibition are being held at Bangalore International Exhibition Center, Bengaluru, State of Karnataka, India on 15-17 February 2018. The events are being organized by Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India in association with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI).

          India is an attractive investment destination in the Pharma and Medical devices sectors. Both events will afford opportunities to bring FDI inflow to new areas such as R&D and clinical trials through JVs with Indian manufacturers as also bring in best practices from around the world. These events will have participation from Pharma Formulation and Bulk Drugs, Machinery and Technology segments of the Pharmaceutical industry and will provide ample opportunities for the participating companies to explore new business avenues during the event. These events will provide a platform to the global investment community to connect with stakeholders in the Pharma sector in India, Central and State Governments, leading business leaders and top executives from the Industry, academia and experts from around the world.

          The 2nd edition of the event held in February 2017 witnessed over 275 exhibitors from the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Device sectors and hosted Buyers from over 24 countries. International Drug Regulators from 8 countries and 29 Embassy/High Commission officials apart from 10,000 Business visitors visited the event during the 3 days.
