The event will be an exclusive Buyer Seller Meet between Indian electronics manufacturing / EMS / product / components companies and buyers from various countries particularly Latin America, Africa, CIS, ASEAN and other parts of the world.
Some of the India’s top electronics products and manufacturing companies will be displaying their products, capabilities and innovations being made in India in electronics sector.
The Electronics & Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC) Council successfully organised the first edition of INDIA ELECTRONICS EXPO on 26-27 March 2015 in New Delhi. The main objective of organising this B2B Meet for Indian electronics hardware sector was to provide Indian electronics manufacturers an opportunity at their doorsteps to interact explore and conclude business with global electronics buyers. During the event, 31 select Indian electronics companies showcased their products and capabilities in Consumer Electronics, Telecom, Instruments, Electronic Components and Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) to the visiting 125 foreign delegates from 26 countries. The event resulted in 509 business inquiries. The on the spot business is estimated to be of US$ 30 million. 22 MoUs / business tie-ups were also signed during the event. 99 percent of the foreign delegates found the overall organisation of the event to be good.
Being the only event of its kind in India, ELECTRONICS INDIA EXPO is sponsored by Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. Besides the Indian hospitality (Atithi Devo Bhava) , we are pleased to inform that under the Marketing Development Assistance (MDA) Programme of the Department of Commerce, Government of India, the Council would provide a complimentary air ticket ( to and fro - economy class ) to the visiting delegate. The only condition for sponsorship is that:
- The company should be genuine Electronics Hardware importers/ buyers or seeking joint ventures / tie-ups and / with Indian companies and
- 1 delegate per company will be sponsored.
The visiting delegate will only have to make his/her own stay arrangements for which ESC travel agent can provide assistance.
