NOTIFICATION
All Foreign Nationals entering India are required to possess a valid international travel document in the form of a national passport with a valid visa obtained from an Indian Mission of Post abroad.
All individual visa applicants are requested to apply for the Indian Visa through http://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa by filling data online.
Instructions for filling the form are available at \'Instructions for Form\' on the above site.
On the site applicants should select \'Madagascar-Antananarivo \' from the tab \"Select Mission\".
Please also refer to http://www.embassyofindia.mg for further details such as documents required to be submitted along with the visa application, applicable fee and payment methods, the list of holidays observed by this Embassy, etc.
The hard copy of the application, completed in all respect and submitted online successfully, is to be submitted along with requisite supporting documents either directly to the Embassy on any working day between 0900 and 1200 hours. All the applicants have to appear in the Embassy for Biometric enrolment for visa.
All applicants are informed that with effect from 2nd September, 2014, only online registered form will be accepted. Handwritten form will not be accepted at all.

The processing fees once paid are non-refundable even if the visa application is withdrawn, or the visa is not granted, or the visa issued is of shorter duration than applied for, or issued/returned on terms and conditions that may vary from those sought by the applicant. If you apply again, you will have to pay the applicable fees.

Tous les demandeurs de visa sont invités à faire la demande à travers le site : http://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa, en remplissant les données en ligne.
Les instructions pour remplir le formulaire sont disponibles au «Instructions for form » sur le site ci-dessus.
Les demandeurs doivent sélectionner «Madagascar-Antananarivo » à partir de l\'onglet « Select Mission ».
Vous pouvez aussi se référer au site : http://www.embassyofindia.mg pour plus de détails tels que les documents nécessaires pour la demande de visa, les frais applicables et les méthodes de paiement, la liste des jours fériés observés par l\'Ambassade, etc .
La copie sur papier de la demande, dument remplie et soumis en ligne avec succès, doit être soumise avec les pièces justificatives requises directement à l\'Ambassade, tous les jours ouvrables, de 09H à 12H. Tous les candidats doivent se présenter à l\'ambassade pour l\'inscription biométrique de visa.
Nous informons tous les candidats qu’à compter du 2 Septembre 2014, seule le formulaire enregistré en ligne sera acceptée. Le formulaire manuscrit ne sera plus accepté.

Les frais de traitement de dossier, une fois payés, ne sont pas remboursables même si la demande de visa est retirée, ou rejetée, ou la durée du visa délivré est d\'une durée plus courte que celui demandé, ou émis / retourné selon les termes et conditions qui peuvent varier de ceux recherchés par le demandeur.
