Greetings from IIM - Indore!

We are coming up with a programme on Customer Behavior and Marketing Strategy scheduled from January 07 – 09, 2019 at IIM Indore.

Objectives :

· Understanding of the concept of consumer psychology and its application in developing marketing strategy in Indian Context

· Developing the basic analytics skills and conceptual knowledge of consumer psychology

· Develop an understand of consumer management

Contents:

· Human behavior in market place

· Listening to voice of customer

· Emotions & reasons in consumer behavior

· Beyond customer decision

· A new wave in creating customer value

· Customer expectation and experience management

Pedagogy :

The pedagogical mix for the program will be a judicious combination of lectures and cases discussion for conceptual understanding, experimental learning through psychological and behavioral games, simulation, role-playing and interactive exercises.

For Whom :

· Senior and middle level sales manager in product / brand management and advertising from FMCG, Consumer Durables, Industrial, Financial Services and Retail Industry

· Participants who have gone through a formal course in consumer psychology

Discount : An organisation sponsoring five or more participants to an MDP will be entitled to a group discount of 10% on the total fee payable provided that at least five participants actually attend the programme.
