ADVISORY TO ALL NON-RESIDENT INDIANS (NRIS) WORKING IN MADAGASCAR AND PROSPECTIVE NRIS SEEKING JOB OPPORTUNITIES IN MADAGASCAR

          All those Non-Resident Indians residing/working in Madagascar and those NRIs who are seeking job opportunities in Madagascar are hereby advised that M/s. Nosima Group of Companies in Madagascar has been placed under Prior Approval Category (PAC) by the Protectorate General of Emigrants(PGE), Ministry of External, Government of India, New Delhi. The communication from PGE along with its French translation are enclosed.

 

The above decision has been taken in view of the problems reported by Indian workers employed with Nosima Sarl Madagascar.  The employer/company placed under PAC cannot recruit any Indian worker henceforth without prior approval of the Protector General of Emigrants (PGE), Ministry of External Affairs.  Recruitment agents in India have also been instructed not to recruit any Indian employee for this Company.  All NRI jobseekers are hereby advised to take notice of this warning.

En raison des problèmes signalés que connaissent les travailleurs indiens employés par la Société NOSIMA SARL, Fort Dauphin dans le  Sud de Madagascar, l’employeur est par la présente placé sous la Catégorie  Autorisation Préalable (PAC) par le Ministère. L’employeur placé sous PAC ne peut dorénavant pas recruter de travailleur sans l’approbation préalable du Protecteur Général des émigrants (PGE), du Ministère des Affaires Extérieures.

2.         Les agents recruteurs (RAs) sont demandés à ne pas procéder à aucune activité de recrutement avec les employeurs mis sous PAC de quelle manière que ce soit pour les titulaires de passeport Emigration Check Required (ECR)/Emigration Check Not Required (ECNR) jusqu’à ce que l’employeur soit retiré de la liste PAC par le Ministère.

3.         Ras qui ont déjà recruté des travailleurs indiens pour l’employeur suscité avant la délivrance de cette Ordre,  seront requis  pour déclarer le nom de l’employeur dans leur Déclaration Mensuelle selon la Forme IV sous le Chapitre 10(1)(x) des Règlements sur l’Emigration 1983.

La présente est délivrée avec l’approbation du Protecteur Général des Emigrants.
